As part of the registration process, you will be required to submit the following documents. We recommend that these documents be prepared in advance.
Profile Photo:
- A passport-style photograph (or similar) with a plain background, showing the head and shoulders, facing forward and looking at the camera. Eyes should be clearly visible and not obstructed by sunglasses, hair, or other objects.
- File format: JPG or JPEG only.
- File size: Maximum 1.5 MB.
- Photo dimensions: The system only accepts photos with exact dimensions of 600 px width × 800 px height. Please prepare your photo accordingly before uploading.
Passport Scan:
- A scanned color copy of the passport to be used for travel.
- The passport must be issued by the relevant national authorities and valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.
- The Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) code must be clear and fully visible.
- File format: JPG or JPEG only.
- File size: Maximum 1.5 MB.
- Journalist ID (mandatory)
- Press credential issued by your organization (optional)
- Letter of assignment on the official letterhead of the media organization you represent, if relevant.
