If you are affiliated with a CSO or media organization, please register using the dedicated links provided on our website at annualmeeting.aiib.org.

If you are part of an official delegation from an AIIB member or prospective member, a representative of an observer organization or partner institution, a speaker or moderator participating in the Public Program, an International Advisory Panel member, or a VIP/Guest invited by the Host Member, please do not use the General Participant registration link. Separate registration instructions will be provided through the invitation issued for your category.

• A passport-style photograph (or similar) with a plain background, showing the head and shoulders, facing forward and looking at the camera. Eyes should be clearly visible and not obstructed by sunglasses, hair, or other objects.
• File format: JPG or JPEG only.
• File size: Maximum 1.5 MB.
• Photo dimensions: The system only accepts photos with exact dimensions of 600 px width × 800 px height. Please prepare your photo accordingly before uploading.

• A scanned color copy of the passport to be used for travel.
• The passport must be issued by the relevant national authorities and valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.
• The Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) code must be clear and fully visible.
• File format: JPG or JPEG only.
• File size: Maximum 1.5 MB.

• Proof of your organization’s credentials from national authorities, if relevant.
• A brief explanation of your interest in the 2026 AIIB Annual Meeting and, if relevant, details of the organization you are representing (maximum 200 words).
